Privacy policy

Who we are

This website and store are operated by Adobe Mountain LLC. For privacy questions or requests: Email orders@adobemountain.com or call 1-800-234-2199.

Information we collect

• Shopping: the cases you add to your cart. Your cart is held by Shopify, and this website keeps an encrypted reference to it in a cookie.
• Checkout and accounts: Shopify collects your name, email, phone, shipping and billing details and payment information when you check out or sign in to your customer account. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider through Shopify Checkout, not by this website.
• Newsletter: your email address and your consent, if you sign up.
• Wholesale inquiries: the name, business, phone, email and message you send us.
• Technical information: when you use the cart, this website passes your IP address to Shopify, as Shopify requires.
• Website usage: Google Analytics records which pages and products are viewed, cases added to the cart and checkouts started, with general device and location information. It does not receive your name, email, address or payment details.

How we use it

• To process and deliver orders and subscriptions.
• To answer questions, wholesale inquiries and requests about damaged cases.
• To send our newsletter to people who have signed up.
• To keep the website and store secure and working.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Service providers

Shopify provides our store, checkout, customer accounts, subscriptions, newsletter list and inquiry records, and receives the information described above to do so. Vercel hosts this website and processes the technical information needed to deliver its pages. Google provides Google Analytics, with its advertising features turned off.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

This website uses a cookie to remember your cart, and Google Analytics cookies to measure how the website is used. It does not use advertising cookies.

To stop Google Analytics measuring your visits, you can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep information

• Orders and subscriptions: as long as needed for the order and for our legal, tax and accounting records.
• Wholesale inquiries: two years.
• Newsletter sign-ups: until you unsubscribe. We then keep a record that you unsubscribed so we do not email you again.
• Website usage data in Google Analytics: 14 months.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. To ask about, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email orders@adobemountain.com. We will reply within 30 days.
