Shipping and returns

Where we ship

We ship to the lower 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, international destinations, PO boxes or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.

Please give a street address. If an order is placed with a PO box, we will contact you for a street address before it ships.

Shipping cost

Shipping is charged per 12-bottle case, by region: $15 per case to California and Nevada; $20 to Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming; $27 to Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas and Wisconsin; and $28 to all other lower 48 states and Washington, DC.

Orders are limited to 10 cases. You will see the shipping charge for your order before you pay. Each case ships in its own box.

California redemption value (CRV)

Orders delivered to California include the state's California Redemption Value of 5 cents per bottle (60 cents per 12-bottle case). It is shown as its own line in your cart and at checkout, and it is included in each subscription renewal delivered to California.

Dispatch

Orders normally ship within two business days. This describes when an order normally leaves us, not when it will arrive.

Returns and damaged cases

We do not accept ordinary returns.

If a case arrives damaged, or an order is missing or wrong, email orders@adobemountain.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will replace the affected product or refund it.
