Who you are buying from

Products on this website are sold by Adobe Mountain LLC.

Products and prices

Adobe Mountain Still and Sparkling are sold in 12-bottle cases. Each case is $18.99 as a one-time purchase or $18.04 with a monthly subscription. Prices are in US dollars.

Shipping and any applicable tax are added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Placing an order

Checkout is provided by Shopify. No order is placed until payment is submitted.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we cannot ship to the address given. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Pricing errors

If a product is shown at a clearly incorrect price by mistake, we are not required to sell it at that price. We will tell you and refund any payment for the affected product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
